If you are missing pieces on a Bluebird Puzzle, you can contact either your puzzle's vendor or Bluebird's customer service. To contact the customer service, please send an email including the following details to:
1. Your puzzle's product or EAN code.
2. Your name and address for the delivery of replacement pieces.
3. Your phone number and email address.
4. A copy of your invoice or receipt for the puzzle.
5. A photo of the assembled puzzle that shows where the piece or pieces are missing.
